How many times have you heard a water noise coming from the toilet? Sometimes it’s just a faint sound, other times the quantity of water is certainly more relevant and the noise increase. This noise, beyond the annoyance, can cause a waste of water and is probably the evidence of a leaking toilet flush.

If those pieces are worn out or broken then you’ll have a leaking toilet flush. With some patience it’s possible to try and fix the problem by yourself.
First thing to do is to take a look at the inside of the float tank and fill it with care to understand what the cause of the malfunctioning could be. In many cases the malfunction is attributed to the float valve or the filling system. In that case you’ll have to replace the ball valve. You just have to remove the screw joining the float ball with the sink and change it with the brand new piece.
