Presented during Milan Design Week 2026 at the Flaminia showroom in Via Solferino, Hasu marks the start of the collaboration between Flaminia and Giulio Iacchetti, an industrial designer active since 1992 and a three-time Compasso d’Oro winner.
In Japanese, its name means lotus flower, a symbol of purity. Like a bud blossoming from the countertop, the washbasin rises with natural elegance from a minimal base, with a soft, welcoming silhouette. In the pedestal version, the form becomes even more slender and turns into an architectural element with a strong visual impact.
The design is completed by a wooden soap dish in a Teak finish, a practical detail that adds warmth to the washbasin.

Hasu comes in three proportions, designed to adapt naturally to different spaces. Each washbasin can be installed on the countertop or on the tapered pedestal.
