- Scarface (Brian de Palma, 1983). Tony Montana, one of the best Al Pacino performances, is a young Cuban gangster who becomes a powerful drug kingpin and enjoys his money in a very luxurious bathroom: marble everywhere, a large Jacuzzi, columns, champagne and fruit.
- Pulp Fiction (Quentin Tarantino, 1994). In a legendary scene, Vincent Vega (John Travolta) bursts in Butch’s (Bruce Willis) home to kill him. But Butch is not in the house. Vincent Vega closes himself in the bathroom but is found and killed. A vary Tarantino-style scene.
- Shining (Stanley Kubrick, 1980). Among Bathroom scenes in movies, there must be Shining (and it isn’t the only bathroom scene of this movie): Jack Torrance (Jack Nicholson), in the green room bathroom, embraces what seems to be a young woman whose body is covered in sores.
- Psycho (Alfred Hitchcock, 1960). It’s the most famous bathroom scene in movies ever. Norman Bates (Anthony Perkins) kills Marion Crane (Janet Leigh) with a knife. An iconic scene.
American Beauty (Sam Mendes, 1999). The main scene of this film is the most famous of the whole movie. Lester Burnham (Kevin Spacey) is attracted to the friend of her daughter and imagines her immersed in a bathtub and covered with red rose petals.
