As for new products for the bathroom, in 2021 Flaminia has been stealing the show with a wealth of new creations, a new collection and two interesting finishes.
Thus, the Civita Castellana company is setting the bathroom trends for 2021 by proposing to the market: two new matt colours, a collection of WCs and washbasins, the first GoClean® urinal, a washbasin from the Flag series, a ceramic sink for the kitchen.
The new Twin Slim washbasins
The historic Twin collection, styled in 1997 by visionary designers Ludovica and Roberto Palomba, has been restyled to make the washbasins more current according to the latest bathroom furnishing trends. The most popular models in the collection have been transformed, making the walls more slender while keeping the overall proportions unaltered, and by placing the drain outlet on a level with the basin.
Both the countertop washbasins with 42 cm diameter and the MonoTwin free-standing models have been revamped and are proposed with and without a faucet base.
The first GoClean® urinal
The Flaminia catalogue now includes the App GoClean® urinal. This is the first urinal by Flaminia to feature the GoClean® system. The App line, one of the brand’s most successful collections in recent years, has now become even more comprehensive with the addition of this product category.
New Fluo series
For those who like a modern bathroom and follow the latest interior design trends, the new Fluo collections designed by Niccolò Adolini is not to be missed. It is composed of wall-hung/countertop washbasins, 60 and 70 cm in diameter, a GoClean® WC and bidet, both of them wall-hung, and a slim, soft close and quick release toilet seat. Characterised by generous volumes that underscore the beauty of the ceramic, the Fluo collection brings to mind soft lines and organic forms. On account of its current and yet timeless appeal, this collection will go well with any architectural style and many other products from the Flaminia catalogue.
The AcquaFood sink
Flaminia keeps a close eye on socio-cultural movements and could not fail to discern a new interest in warm and natural materials for the kitchen, as opposed to technical materials such as steel. This is what inspired the AcquaFood sink by Giulio Cappellini and Roberto Palomba, from the Flaminia Goes Kitchen range.
The addition of a design ceramic sink to the Flaminia catalogue is an absolute first. AcquaFood is a ceramic counter-top or semi-recessed sink with a wooden support where to place the kitchen tools to dry. This double-bowl sink made of ceramic, having a great visual impact, reproposes an object entrenched in our memory and now remodelled in keeping with the tenets of contemporary design.
New Flag washbasin
The recently designed Flag collection by Alessio Pinto has acquired a new countertop washbasin: FlagDeep. Deep on account of its original and unprecedented depth. A generous bowl for a countertop basin of great visual impact.
Characterised by a deep, generously-sized bowl of new design, suitable for both public and private spaces, FlagDeep is the ideal solution for those seeking a washbasin with a deep bowl of unmistakable design available with the special Stripes finish.
New matt finishes: Carbone (coal grey) and Cenere (ash grey)
Flaminia also stands for research in ceramic colours and textures. Heedful of the latest trends in the interior design sector, for 2021 the company proposes two new colours that bring to mind natural elements.
For the colours of a modern bathroom matt finishes are a must. The finish of the new Cenere, a grey hue evoking the texture of materials such as concrete, just had to be matt, and together with Cenere*, an intense matt black replacing Grafite and Antracite, it rounds off the natural tone palette of the brand, which already includes Latte, Argilla, and Fango
