The natural instinct to clean

Bathroom has really ancient origins. The attention for the body care and the cleaning represent the basis of the human instincts, since prehistoric times. For this reason over the years was born a space dedicated to the cult of the personal wellness. The term hygiene hail from the Greek (“healthy, curative”) and include in few letters all the importance that unite the man to the wellness and the health.

Some experts suppose that the searching for the cleaning was developed over the years, simultaneously the evolution of the man. In principle it was an open space, where the primary source of water was represented by the lakes or flumes, then it became the bathroom. First the searching for the cleaning and the hygiene for the conservation of meats and foods, and then ne necessity to keep clean and hygienic also the human body.

From the art to the history, the water always represented the symbol of purification, rebirth and initiation. Now the bathroom pick up its heritage as a double-pleasure place with the research of the cleanliness and the wellness.
