From a public to a private place: the term bathroom evolved during the years modifying its meaning. In antiquity it was considered as an ambient where people can relax thinking about the wellness of their body, the perfect place to meet and to talk about everyday issues. Indispensable but initially not so aesthetic was the bathtub, realized with materials like wood, zinc and stone.<\/p>\n

The first bathtub dated back to 1700 b.C., in the Palace of Knossos in the isle of Crete. And Greek took in Rome the use of the bathroom as a place of elegance and refinement. This concept of class and style is the basis of Ceramica Flaminia\u2019s philosophy, which, since its creation, follows the ancient Roman\u2019s criterion.<\/p>\n

Today the bathtub is transformed: its aspect is always more polished and design. Classic lines, which recall the atmosphere of the beginning of the last century, are born again in Evergreen<\/strong>. On the contrary, the Leggera line<\/strong><\/a> offers a product which totally broke with the past. Its planning idea hail from a handkerchief with the edges up: the aim is to offer the sweet sensation of being rolled up and sustained by the resistant and refined Pietraluce, the material the bathtub is built with.<\/p>\n
